The course will include:
- Pelvic floor muscle and abdominal anatomy changes that occur following pregnancy and birth
- Early postpartum through fourth trimester recovery tips after a Cesarean Birth
- Optimal body mechanics when lifting, feeding and carrying your babies, and guidance on returning to sex and exercise safely and painfree
- Review of scar desensitization and self scar massage to decrease scar tissue restriction
